Step 1

How to measure yourself

Stand relaxed, breathe normally, and measure over your innerwear — not over a saree or thick clothing. Keep the tape snug but not pulled tight.

  1. 1. Waist

Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, just above your belly button. Keep one finger between the tape and your body so the fit is honest, not optimistic.

  2. 2. Hip

Measure around the fullest part of your hips, usually about 8 inches below the waist. Stand with feet together and keep the tape parallel to the floor for an accurate reading.

  3. 3. Length

From your natural waist down to where you want the shapewear to end — usually mid-calf or just above the ankle. Wear flats while measuring for the truest fit.

Size chart

All measurements are in inches. If your numbers fall between two sizes, scroll to the "Between sizes?" card below before you order.

Size Waist (in) Hip (in) Length (in)
XS 24 – 26 32 – 34 38
S 26 – 28 34 – 36 39
M 28 – 30 36 – 38 39
L 30 – 32 38 – 40 40
XL 32 – 34 40 – 42 40
XXL 34 – 36 42 – 44 41

Between sizes? Always size up.

Our shapewear is designed with 4-way stretch, so the larger size will still hold you firmly without rolling at the waist or pinching at the hips. Sizing down almost always leads to discomfort by the second hour and a waistband that refuses to stay put.

Still unsure? Send us your measurements on WhatsApp and a fit specialist will recommend a size in under an hour.

Fit FAQs

Common fit questions

My waist is one size and my hips are another. Which size should I pick?

Go by your hip measurement. The hip area has less stretch tolerance than the waist, while the waistband can comfortably accommodate a slightly smaller waist thanks to its compression fabric. If you're a size M waist and L hip, choose L.

I'm petite — will the standard length be too long for me?

If you're under 5'2", the smallest sizes (XS and S) at 38–39 inches in length usually sit perfectly at mid-calf. The fabric can also be neatly tucked into your saree pleats without bunching, so a slightly longer length is rarely an issue.

Will the shapewear stretch out and lose its shape after a few washes?

The 88% nylon, 12% spandex blend is engineered to retain its compression and shape for hundreds of wears, provided you machine wash cold and line dry in shade. Avoid hot water and the dryer — those are what break down elastic fibres in any shapewear.

Can I wear this if I just had a baby?

Yes, six weeks postpartum is generally safe for medium-compression shapewear, but please check with your doctor first — especially after a C-section. Many of our customers find it gentle enough for daily postpartum wear under sarees and kurtas.
