Try it on at home, over your usual innerwear, with the tags still attached. If it’s the wrong size, raise an exchange request from your order page within 7 days of delivery — we’ll arrange a free reverse pickup and ship the correct size at no extra cost. One free exchange per order.

Yes — shipping is free across India on orders ₹999 and above. Below that, a flat ₹49 is added at checkout. There are no hidden handling charges.

Orders placed before 2pm IST are dispatched the same working day. Metros (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune) usually receive in 2–4 working days. Tier-2 cities and smaller towns take 4–7 working days. You’ll get a tracking link on email and WhatsApp the moment your order ships.

Yes. COD is available across most pincodes in India for orders up to ₹4,999. A small ₹49 COD handling fee is added at checkout. If your pincode is non-serviceable for COD, the option simply won’t appear at checkout.

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. The piece must be unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, shapewear that has been worn cannot be returned, but exchanges for size are always welcome.

Refunds are initiated within 24 hours of the returned item reaching our warehouse and passing a quick quality check. UPI and bank transfers reflect in 2–3 working days; card refunds take 5–7 working days depending on your bank.

88% Nylon and 12% Spandex, with a soft cotton-blend gusset. The blend gives four-way stretch, breathability, and a smooth finish under flowy sarees — chiffon, georgette, silk and cotton all sit beautifully on top.

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle inside a mesh bag, or hand wash with a mild detergent. Do not bleach, do not tumble dry, and do not iron the elastane panels. Line dry in shade to keep the elasticity and colour intact for years.

The fabric is breathable and quick-drying, designed specifically for Indian weather — we tested it across a Chennai August and a Delhi May. The cotton-blend gusset adds extra airflow where you need it most, so it stays comfortable even on long event days.

Yes. We never see or store your card details — payments are processed through Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. Your data is encrypted in transit and tokenised at the bank end.

For orders above ₹2,500, no-cost EMI is available on most credit cards through Razorpay at checkout. We also support Simpl and LazyPay for select customers — eligibility is decided by the provider, not us.
